Later this fall I’ll have an idea of what stories I’ll be doing for 2012. But please feel free to send any ideas for my cheese column (including cheese personalities such as cheesemakers, affineurs or retailers), feature stories (like the caviar and southern holiday menu pieces that will be running shortly), the back page chef recipe and wine matching (such as the one on Marc Vetri last spring) and the chef at home (now expanded to include sommeliers), like the one on Luke Palladino earlier this year.
